General Provisions<\/h2>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>1.1. These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter \u2013 the \u201cTerms\u201d) define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Buyer and the Seller when purchasing goods in the online store.<br \/>\n1.2. By placing an order in the online store, the Buyer confirms that they have read these Terms and agree to comply with them.<br \/>\n1.3. These Terms are drawn up and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Buyer\u2019s Rights and Obligations<\/h2>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]3.1. The Buyer has the right to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>purchase goods in the online store in accordance with these Terms;<\/li>\n<li>receive the ordered goods and information about them;<\/li>\n<li>withdraw from the contract in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, except in cases where the goods are non-returnable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3.2. The Buyer undertakes to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>provide accurate and truthful information when placing an order;<\/li>\n<li>pay for the ordered goods;<\/li>\n<li>comply with these Terms and applicable legal requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2>4. Seller\u2019s Rights and Obligations<\/h2>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]4.1. The Seller has the right to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of the online store for important reasons;<\/li>\n<li>amend these Terms by publishing the updated version in the online store;<\/li>\n<li>refuse to fulfill an order if the Buyer provides inaccurate or misleading information;<\/li>\n<li>refuse to fulfill an order if payment is not received.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>4.2. The Seller undertakes to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>provide accurate and truthful information when placing an order;<\/li>\n<li>pay for the ordered goods;<\/li>\n<li>comply with these Terms and applicable legal requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Products, Prices and Production Time<\/h2>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>5.1. All products sold in the online store are handmade ceramic pieces. As such, slight variations in shape, color, or texture may occur. These differences are considered natural characteristics of the product and are not regarded as defects.<br \/>\n5.2. As the products are individually made, the production time may take between 2 and 6 weeks, unless stated otherwise on the specific product page.<br \/>\n5.3. All prices are indicated in euros and are valid at the time the order is placed.<br \/>\n5.4. The Seller reserves the right to change product prices without prior notice.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Payment and Delivery<\/h2>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>6.1. Payment for goods shall be made using the methods indicated in the online store.<br \/>6.2. Goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer or by another selected delivery method.<br \/>6.3. Delivery timeframes are preliminary and may vary due to circumstances beyond the Seller\u2019s control.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Returns and Exchanges<\/h2>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>7.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods, except for products that are custom-made according to the Buyer\u2019s order.<br \/>7.2. Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.<br \/>7.3. The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise provided by applicable law.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Liability<\/h2>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>8.1. The Seller shall not be liable for losses arising from the Buyer\u2019s failure to read these Terms.<br \/>8.2. The Seller shall not be liable for improper use of the goods contrary to their intended purpose or recommendations.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Final Provisions<\/h2>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>9.1. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.<br \/>9.2.
