Shipments to Europe are sent via registered priority mail through Lithuania Post (delivery time up to 10 business days) or express shipping with FedEx/DHL (delivery time 2-4 business days).

Shipments to the USA are sent via parcel delivery services using either standard shipping (7–10 business days) or express shipping with FedEx/DHL (2–4 business days), under DDP terms.
* DDP terms – import and customs duties are paid by the seller.

Shipments to other countries are sent via registered priority mail through Lithuania Post (delivery time up to 20 business days) or express shipping with FedEx/DHL (delivery time 2-6 business days).

All shipments come with a tracking number.

Delivery is not available to EU-sanctioned countries.

Orders processing time is 3-6 weeks, depending on the complexity and quantity of the items. Jewelry production time is 2-3 weeks.

Items purchased on the website can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, in line with Lithuanian legislation.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, retain their original appearance and original packaging. If the item was unpacked, it must be repacked in a way suitable for safe shipping.
To return an item, the buyer must notify via email at domi@bydomi.lt or other means and, upon confirmation, send the returned items to the Seller.
Refunds for returned items are issued immediately once the item is received and checked for defects and signs of use.
